Yes. All work is carried out in line with current UK Building Regulations, I will liaise with Building Control where required.

Timescales vary depending on the size and complexity of the job. I’ll give you a realistic timeframe before work starts and keep you updated throughout the project.
Do you use subcontractors?
Yes. Where required I use trusted subcontractors for specialist trades. All works are overseen and managed by me.
Can you provide references or examples or previous works?

How do my payments work?
Payment terms are agreed in advance and clearly set out before work begins. Larger projects may be split into stages, with payments linked to progress.
